Aiveo version 1.19 was released today. In this release, users with existing Aiveo accounts can be invited to join portals. Additionally, projects can be made inactive so they don't appear in the project selection menu.
Project Status
A project's status can now be changed to either active or inactive. Inactive projects will not appear in the project selection menu. A project's status can be changed by either visiting the current project's settings page or by editing the project from the projects page. Inactive projects can still be accessed by either entering the URL or by selecting the project from the projects page.
Invite Users With Existing Account
It is now possible to invite users to your portal to work on your projects even if they have already registered previously for an Aiveo account. Users can switch between their portals using the project selection menu in the top menu bar.
Export Work Item Descriptions
Work item descriptions can now be included when exporting work items to excel.
