What do I get with priority email support?
We help you get the most out of Aiveo by providing assistance with setting up, configuring, and using your account. We respond to all inquiries within one business day.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All billing transactions are processed by Stripe.
How do new users count towards my current monthly cost?
Aiveo's pricing is pro-rated based on how long the user had access to your organization and its projects for that month. For example, if a user is invited to your project's in the middle of your billing period then you will only be charged 50% of their cost.
How often will my credit card be charged? Can I pay for more than a month in advance?
Charges occur on a monthly basis. If you are interested in paying for more than a month in advance, contact us and let us know!
Can I self-host Aiveo on my own server?
Whether you need to self-host Aiveo for security or business reasons, contact us and we can discuss delivering you a self-hosted version of Aiveo for your business.
